Sometimes called Mental Health and includes therapy, counseling, medication management, and support groups.

Address issues related to coming out, gender identity, sexual orientation, discrimination, and other challenges that are commonly faced by LGBTQ+ individuals.

Cultural-Awareness-Based therapy

An approach to psychotherapy that emphasizes the therapist's understanding of a client's background and belief system as it relates to their race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, or other important elements that make up someone's culture and/or identity.

COVID-Inflicted therapy

Refers to mental health services and counseling specifically tailored to individuals who have experienced significant emotional distress or trauma as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Talk through your situation with a skilled Navigator who will help you use any insurnace options you have to start on the road to recovery as well as discuss options

Physical Therapy

Focuses on the prevention, treatment, and management of movement disorders resulting from injury, disability, or disease.

Dental

Refers to a range of preventive and restorative dental care services provided by licensed dental professionals, including routine check-ups, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and emergency procedures.

Sex-Education

1 year subscription to anonoymous hotline that will answer any and every questions you have about sex

Fertility

With ongoing support from a real, live person, we take the confusion, second guessing, and surprises out of the equation to bring your goals within reach. Frame serves as your ‘family building doula’ throughout each step of the journey - from just curious all the way to completing your family.

Family-time off

Allows employees to take time off from work to attend to family matters, such as caring for a sick family member, attending to other family-related events, or dealing with family emergencies.

Paid time off

An employee benefit where an employee gets a certain amount of paid time off work for vacation, personal, or medical reasons.

Sick time off
